What is your warranty policy?

All appliances sold by Ethical Recycling are entitled to a 30 day standard warranty.

For appliances delivered by us, we will send a repair technician to your house to diagnose and fix the issue. This does not apply to Okotoks or Cochrane deliveries.

For appliances picked up at our shop, you will have to bring the machine back to the shop for our technicians to look at it. If you pay with cash and pick up, we will extend your warranty to 90 days.

Do you take old appliances?

Included in our delivery service is a complimentary old removal service.

Outside of purchasing appliances, you're free to drop off old machines behind our shop for recycling.

Do you deliver outside of Calgary?

We deliver to Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie*, Okotoks*, and Cochrane*.

Is there parking at your location?

Yes, but we only have three reserved spots at the front on weekdays, so please be mindful.

On weekends, more parking is available, as other businesses in the building are closed.

Do you accept cash, credit, cheque, debit, or e-transfer?

All of the above! Although we charge an additional 5% surcharge for credit card transactions.

We also have a Cash and Carry warranty. Pay with cash, and pick up yourself, for a 90 day warranty!
